Why it works

A home is only as comfortable as its weakest gap.

Most homes leak air constantly, through the attic, rim joists, and gaps inside finished walls. Batts and blown-in can't stop that airflow on their own. Spray foam expands to fill every gap and bonds into one continuous seal, so the air you paid to heat or cool actually stays inside.

Questions, answered

What homeowners ask us most

Can I get a Connecticut rebate for insulation?

Often, yes. Through the Energize CT program, many homeowners get up to 75% of their insulation cost covered (up to $2.00 per square foot), capped at $10,000, and income-eligible households can qualify for 100% coverage. It starts with a Home Energy Solutions assessment, which has a $40 copay. We'll help you understand what you qualify for. See our Rebates page for details.

How do I qualify for the Energize CT rebate, and do you handle it?

It begins with a Home Energy Solutions assessment (a $40 copay) that documents your home's needs and unlocks the incentives. We'll walk you through the process, coordinate the work so it qualifies, and help you apply the available Energize CT incentives to your project. Rebate amounts and eligibility are set by the program and can change, so we confirm the current figures for your home during your free assessment.

How much does spray foam insulation cost in Connecticut?

Every home is different, so we give a free, no-obligation assessment and a clear price up front. Cost depends on the area, the foam type (open- or closed-cell), and the thickness your space needs. Because CT energy prices are high, most projects pay for themselves in about three to four years, and state rebates can cover a large share of the cost.

What's the difference between open-cell and closed-cell spray foam?

Open-cell foam is softer, expands more to fill gaps, and is excellent for soundproofing interior walls and roof decks. Closed-cell foam is denser, water-resistant, adds structural rigidity, and gives a higher R-value per inch, ideal for crawl spaces, rim joists, and tight rafters. We recommend the right one for each space during your assessment.

Do you serve my town?

We're based in Brookfield, CT and cover the surrounding Connecticut towns, Danbury, Ridgefield, Newtown, Bethel, New Milford, New Fairfield, and Southbury, plus the neighboring New York counties of Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange. If you're nearby, give us a call.

Is spray foam insulation safe once it's installed?

Yes. Once cured, spray foam is inert and helps improve indoor air quality by sealing out dust, pollen, and outdoor pollutants. Our trained crews install it at the correct ratio and thickness, protect your home throughout, and clean up completely.

How long does a spray foam installation take?

Most residential attic or crawl-space jobs are completed in a single day. Larger whole-home or new-construction projects may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline with your quote.

Will spray foam lower my energy bills?

Yes, by sealing the air leaks that let heated and cooled air escape, spray foam typically cuts heating and cooling costs noticeably and eases the strain on your HVAC system, extending its life.
